Sesame Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3-4 lbs. chicken breast (6 1/2 breasts)
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger root or 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. sherry
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 whole green onions, thinly sliced (include greens)
Sesame Chicken Recipe Instructions:
First of all remove the skin and bones from chicken and cut into 1" chunks. And then Toast sesame seeds on a cookie sheet in oven at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Next is to stir together toasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, sherry, pepper, garlic and half of the green onion. Mix in chicken chunks; cover and chill 1 to 4 hours.

Arrange chicken with marinade in 10"x15" baking pan. Broil 6" from heat until golden (about 7 minutes). Turn and cook about 5 minutes longer being careful not to overcook. Garnish with remaining green onion. Yield: 6 persons .

Sesame Chicken Recipe Ingredients :
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
Chicken and Potatoes:
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup Paul Newman's Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, chopped (optional)
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • olive oil spray
  • 6 baby potatoes
  • rubbed sage
Sesame Chicken Recipe Instructions :
Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes in wine vinegar, olive oil and soy sauce. Discard marinade.

Place chicken in an ovenproof baking dish and brush generously with 1/2 cup Newman's Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing. Sprinkle with minced garlic and shallot.

Scrub baby potatoes and remove eyes. Quarter or cut into halves (depending on size) and spray with olive oil spray, then sprinkle with a light dusting of rubbed sage, sea salt and pepper. Arrange potatoes around chicken in baking pan. Spray potatoes with additional olive oil spray during cooking if they become dry.

Roast at 325°F for 20 minutes, then baste with remaining Sesame Ginger Dressing; turn oven to 375°F and continue to cook until juices run clear, about 10-15 minutes more (depending on size of chicken pieces).

Sesame Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Thai chili sauce or hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Sesame Chicken Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Lightly pound the chicken breasts between plastic wrap until even thickness. Cut orange into 4 thin slices.

In a large bowl, mix zest, marmalade, honey, soy sauce, canola oil, sesame oil, Thai chili, or hot sauce, and salt. Add chicken to mix, toss to coat. Marinate for 24 hours.

In a large shallow dish, add Panko crumbs and sesame seeds. Transfer chicken, one at a time to crumbs, pressing crumbs down to adhere. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray; place chicken on pan. Dip oranges in leftover marmalade mix and add to pan.

Bake chicken and oranges, until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes....enjoy the sesame chicken recipe !

Sesame Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
  • 6 to 7 pounds chicken parts, or 2 broiler chickens
Sesame Chicken Recipe Instructions

Combine soy sauce, water, vegetable oil, onion, cauenne pepper, sesame seeds, sugar, salt, and minced garlic. If using whole chickens, cut into quarters; pour the sesame mixture over the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. I use large food storage bags to marinate.

Remove the chicken and reserve the marinade. Put marinade in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Grill chicken over medium coals until done, using the reserved boiled marinade as basting sauce. The chicken should register about 175° on an instant read thermometer when inserted in a meaty section (not touching bone).

Sesame Glazed Chicken Recipe
Sesame Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
4 boneless chicken breast halves
2/3 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Sesame Chicken Recipe Instructions :
Put chicken breast halves between sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap and pound gently to flatten so it will cook evenly.
In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat; add sesame seeds. Toast, stirring, for 1 minute. Add chicken breasts to the skillet; cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through, turning the pieces occasionally to brown evenly and to coat with toasted sesame seeds.

Remove chicken to a hot serving platter; keep warm. In a measuring cup, whisk together chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and cornstarch. Slowly add broth mixture to skillet; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Continue to cook and stir for about 2 minutes longer. Pour over chicken breasts and the sesame chicken is ready to serve. Sesame chicken recipe serves 4.
