GINGER SESAME CHICKEN WITH BABY SAGE POTATOES
Sesame Chicken Recipe Ingredients :
Marinade:
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
Chicken and Potatoes:
6 boneless, skinless chicken bosom parts
1 cup Paul Newman's Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, slashed (discretionary)
ocean salt and pepper, to taste
olive oil splash
6 child potatoes
scoured sage
Sesame Chicken Recipe Instructions :
Marinate chicken in fridge for 30-an hour in wine vinegar, olive oil and soy sauce. Dispose of marinade. Place chicken in an ovenproof baking dish and brush liberally with 1/2 cup Newman's Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing. Sprinkle with minced garlic and shallot. Clean child potatoes and eliminate eyes.
Quarter or cut into equal parts (contingent upon size) and shower with olive oil splash, then, at that point, sprinkle with a light cleaning of scoured sage, ocean salt and pepper. Organize potatoes around chicken in baking dish. Shower potatoes with extra olive oil splash during cooking assuming they become dry. Broil at 325°F for 20 minutes, then treat with outstanding Sesame Ginger Dressing; go broiler to 375°F and keep on cooking until juices run clear, around 10-15 minutes more (contingent upon size of chicken pieces).
